![]() Nuclear Throne is awesome and the OS X port seems to run flawlessly. ![]() I'm sure it's a little more complicated on OS X due to the lack of something like XInput (or is that depreciated now? I haven't been keeping up on Windows). Through a little feedback they seemed to be able to implement the wireless controller in pretty short order. ![]() I remember when Bastion came to OS X the wired 360 pad worked wonderfully but my wireless pad was very messed up. Therefore, you will need: GameMaker 8.1 Standard The 'mods' branch of Nuclear Throne on Steam, installed and ready to go A copy of the decompiled build of Update 19 (download here (updated ) my.mixtape.moe) You should place that file inside the Nuclear Throne folder. They can sometimes be a little funky since it maps differently than the normal 360 pad, so I'll gladly give you feedback on how the controller support is working on the OS X side as you further develop it. This guide is aimed for Update 19 of Nuclear Throne. OK, I figured out that the video options I was looking for (60fps and widescreen) weren't under 'Video' but under 'Game. I'd recommend starting with the 'openbeta 2023' branch for the base game, and 'NTTdevelopment' for coop. I'm using a X360 gamepad through a wireless reciever & the Tattieboogle OS X drivers. NTT is still compatible, but there's also a beta branch with the latest NTT built in. This game is amazing the feel of playing is unparalleled. Played with keyboard and mouse since I couldn't enable the controller checkbox in the settings. Well, I bought it last night played it for around 2 hours on OS X and didn't run into any problems. ![]()
